What changes on day one

The counter stops being the bottleneck
Riders sign in with a phone number and start the machine themselves. Your staff handle the things that actually need a person: the helmet, the licence, the briefing about the hill road.
Deposits stop being the deterrent
Funds are held from the rider's wallet before the ignition is released, so you are not holding a passport or a stack of cash to cover a machine that is out.
The end of the day adds up by itself
Every session carries its rider, machine, start, end, minutes and amount. The day's take is the sum of the sessions, not a reconstruction from memory.
A missing machine has a last known position
When something does not come back on time, you can see where it is and whether the engine is running before you send anyone after it.

Fleet
One operator account per business, with a name, a description and the area you work in. Everything below hangs off it.
Machines
Serial number, make, model, year, colour, licence plate, commission date and firmware version — plus whether the machine is enabled for rentals right now.

Fitting the machines
Each machine gets a Keyvo switch wired into its ignition circuit and powered from the vehicle battery. The switch holds the ignition until a paid rental starts and reports position, ignition state and fuel while the machine is out.
Keyvo is built by Alpha21, the same company that builds Revvit, which means the hardware and the platform are not two vendors pointing at each other when something goes wrong.
